Senior Quantity Surveyor
Senior Quantity Surveyor required for one of Ireland’s largest main contractors on a Data Centre project in Dusseldorf, Germany. The successful candidate will report into the Commercial Manager for the project.

Duties:
- Review project contracts, manage subcontractor enquiries, and issue supply chain documents.
- Monitor scope changes, price variations, and prepare monthly progress claims.
- Oversee subcontractor accounts and handle contractual notices and claims.
- Prepare cost estimates, commercial reports, and risk analysis for management.
- Manage project cash flow and forecasting.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
Requirements:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or other relevant degree.
- 7+ years’ experience within the Irish market in a Quantity Surveying role.
- Experience working on a Data Centre project would be beneficial.
- A working knowledge of Mechanical & Electrical packages
- Ability to work to strict deadlines.
Benefits:
- Package €110,000 to €120,000 DOE
