A leading, award-winning civil engineering contractor is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team in Louth. This is a key leadership role, managing a team of 5 Junior and Intermediate Quantity Surveyors across major civil infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the commercial delivery of multiple civils projects
- Manage, mentor, and support a team of 5 Quantity Surveyors
- Oversee cost planning, reporting, and control procedures
- Client liaison, contract negotiation, and dispute resolution
- Ensure compliance with commercial and legal requirements
- Work closely with project management and site teams
Requirements:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
- 7+ years’ experience in civil engineering or infrastructure projects
- Strong commercial acumen and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Experience managing or mentoring QS teams
Package Includes:
- Salary €90,000 – €100,000
- Company vehicle or car allowance
