A Tier 1 Main Contractor in Armagh, Northern Ireland is hiring a Senior Quantity Surveyor for a large scale housing project. This is a great opportunity to join a leading company and work on a high-profile project.
Responsibilities:
- Advise on contractual matters at both project and company level.
- Manage contractual claims, cost control, and cash flow.
- Negotiate and agree terms with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Prepare cost reports, risk registers, and variation trackers.
- Handle measurement, pricing, and negotiation of variations.
Requirements:
- Qualification in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management.
- Experience as a Senior QS on large-scale construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of contract management and cost control.
- Ability to collaborate with Commercial Managers, Contracts Managers, and clients.
Salary Package:
- €80k – €90k
