Senior Quantity Surveyor

Senior Quantity Surveyor with approximately 7 years’ experience required to join a leading developer who are working on several large residential projects in the Dublin region.  This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior QS to a top tier developer who are really ramping up in the Dublin area and are not top heavy in the commercial department..  The successful Senior QS will work alongside the Commercial Director and strongly contribute to the further growth of the company.  The ideal Senior Quantity Surveyor will have previous experience on large residential projects – housing or apartments.

Requirements:

• Degree qualified with at least 7 years’ experience in Quantity Surveying with a main building contractor in Ireland or the UK.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Must be commercially and contractually aware.
• Ambitious and committed to deliver an excellent standard of work.
• Must be eligible to work in Ireland.

Package:

• Starting Salary: €95k– €105k
• Bonus
