I am currently hiring a Senior Project Manager for a Tier 1 Contractor in Dublin. This role offers the chance to lead prestigious fit-out projects with a market-leading company.
Responsibilities:
- Take overall responsibility for project delivery, quality, and safety
- Lead project teams across multiple large-scale fit-out projects
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and reporting to senior management
- Liaise with clients, design teams, and subcontractors
- Drive project programmes to ensure timely completion
Requirements:
- Degree in Construction or related discipline
- 7+ years’ experience at Project Manager / Senior Project Manager level
- Previous Tier 1 Contractor fit-out experience essential
- Strong commercial and leadership skills
