Senior Project Manager (Consultancy)
A progressive construction and project management consultancy in Dublin city are seeking to recruit a qualified Senior Project Manager with in excess of 7 years’ experience. They provide the full range of quantity surveying, project management and due diligence spanning a wide ranging project portfolio.
Reporting to the Project Management Director, they will work have the opportunity to lead projects across of typologies including residential, commercial, educational, leisure, data centres, healthcare, and pharmaceutical.
The ideal Project Manager will hold a degree level qualification in Project Management, QS, Construction Management or Engineering and have at least 7 years’ industry experience, preferably within a consultancy or developer environment.
Experience required:
- Degree level qualification in Project Management, Construction Management, or Quantity Surveying
- A minimum of 5 years industry experience preferably within a construction cost consultancy or developer environment
- Good IT proficiency
- Strong report skills with a precise eye for detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ambitious, self-motivated and committed to deliver an excellent standard of work to all clients
- Project Management experience gained delivering residential, commercial, education, pharma, data centres or healthcare projects
- Previous experience leading a small team
- Excellent client liaison skills
- EU passport holder preferred, although visa sponsorship can be considered
