A well-established leading Main Contractor in Dublin (Northside of the Liffey) is seeking a Senior Project Manager with over 5 years of relevant experience in construction management. The Client works on a variety Projects across Dublin but is mainly seeking someone with Residential and Conservation Experience.

Role:

• Ensure projects are managed in accordance with company policies, procedures, and Building Regulations, while coordinating construction activities to align with schedules, budgets, and specifications.
• Arrange and chair site meetings involving the Design Team & Subcontractors to facilitate effective communication, document outcomes, and ensure adherence to drawings, specifications, and Health & Safety regulations.
• Supervise site staff and subcontractors, maintaining oversight of construction quality, and collaborate with the Construction Team to provide timely and accurate information to all relevant parties.
• Possess knowledge and comprehension of RIAI Standard Forms of Contract and Building Control (Amendment) Regulations 2014.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in project management with Irish / UK Main Contractor.
• 3^rd level degree or Trades Qualified.
• Experience working on Residential / Conservation / Restoration Projects.
• Experience working with a Tier 1 Contractor (desirable but not essential)
