Senior Project Manager (Client Side)
This Senior Project Manager role offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to lead major capital projects in healthcare settings in Galway City. As a client-facing position, you will collaborate closely with various stakeholders, including design teams, contractors, and healthcare personnel, ensuring that project goals are met efficiently and to the highest standards.
Role:
- Provide professional, technical, and project management services for major capital projects in healthcare settings.
- Manage project briefs, ensuring all stakeholders understand the project requirements.
- Oversee the consultation process, regulatory compliance, and contractor procurement.
- Control project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Lead equipping/commissioning teams and maintain maintenance plans for new buildings.
Requirements:
- Level 8 Degree in Quantity Surveying, Architecture, Civils Engineering, Construction Management or chartership with RICS/SCSI.
- 5+ Years Experience with a leading Consultancy, Developer or Main Contractor.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Ability to manage deadlines, multiple tasks, and collaborate with stakeholders.
