Senior Project Manager
A Tier 1 Main Building Contractor is seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to oversee a significant commercial building project located in Dublin City Centre. The client boasts a robust project pipeline across various sectors in the Dublin area and has recently secured approval for several substantial projects slated for 2024. This opportunity is ideal for a Project Manager with a track record of successfully managing projects valued at €50 million or more in either Ireland or the UK.
Role:
- The successful Senior Project Manager will have full responsibility for the entire site management team.
- Report to the Construction Director
- You will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed to cost, programme, quality, and safety standards.
- Liaise with the Design Team, sitting in/chairing meetings, raising RFI’s, reviewing and assembling Technical Submissions, etc.
Requirements:
- Degree Qualified
- Minimum 7 years’ main contractor project management experience in UK or Ireland
- Experience of coordination of shop drawings, interfacing with Design Teams / Clients, Reporting to a CM, scheduling / programming.
- Experience in commercial, residential, and fit out sectors
- Proficient in MS Office, CAD
