Senior Health & Safety Advisor – 17567
Senior Health & Safety Advisor required to join one of Ireland’s largest Tier 1 contractors for a Data Centre project in Dublin. The successful candidate will be reporting directly into group Health and Safety Manager.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and mentor Junior Health & Safety Advisors.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with Health, Safety & Workplace legislation.
- Establish and implement site-specific construction EHS Plan.
- Develop and manage risk assessments & method statements.
- Create SOPs and provide training to site personnel.
- Report, investigate, and communicate incidents and root causes.
- Conduct scheduled Toolbox Talks for Safety Alerts.
- Complete and record statutory forms and inspections promptly.
- Provide EHS project and documentation support.
- Advise on project training and first aid requirements.
- Fulfill additional duties as requested by EHS Manager.
Requirements
- Relevant qualification in Health & Safety.
- 5 Years+ Experience in a similar role.
- Experience working on a large scale Data Centre project (or similar) would be beneficial but not essential.
- Experience working for a Tier 1 contractor would be beneficial.
- Capable of collaborating and maintaining relationships with internal and external clients.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
