Senior Estimator – Hybrid

Senior Estimator required for a leading Main Building Contractor to work in Galway.  The successful Senior Estimator will be responsible for of a range large scale Residential & Commercial Projects.

Duties:

• Interpret tender documentation, including drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate in-house tender presentations.
• Conduct site visits for project evaluations.
• Organize pricing packages for consultants, subcontractors, and materials.
• Manage tender process, including queries, clarifications, and risk assessment.

Requirements:

• Third level degree in Construction, Quantity Surveying, or Engineering.
• The Senior Estimator must have 7+ years’ experience working as an estimator for a main building contractor.
• Main contractor background with onsite experience.
