Senior Estimator required for a leading Main Building Contractor to work in Dublin.
Duties:
- Estimator will ne to be able to analyse and evaluate tender documentation, encompassing drawings and specifications.
- Develop presentations for internal tender reviews.
- Estimator will be required to participate in site visits to assess new projects during the bidding process.
- Employ estimating software to generate pricing packages for consultants, subcontractors, and materials.
Requirements:
- 3rd level degree in Construction, Quantity Surveying, or Engineering required.
- 5+ years of experience as an estimator for a main building contractor.
