My client, a leading residential developer, is seeking an experienced Senior Engineer to join their site team in North Dublin. This role is central to the delivery of high-quality residential projects, with responsibility across engineering, quality, programme and stakeholder coordination.
Responsibilities
- Manage health & safety and engineering activities on site
- Review design drawings and manage RFIs
- Coordinate subcontractors and service providers
- Monitor programme delivery and address delays
- Ensure works comply with building regulations and quality standards
- Carry out site inspections and manage quality assurance
- Support BCAR compliance and technical documentation
- Manage works packages, materials and temporary works
- Engage with utilities, local authorities and third parties
- Lead and mentor junior engineers and chair site meetings
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in an engineering role
- Level 8 Engineering qualification
- Strong technical, organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Self-motivated with strong leadership capability
Salary & Benefits
- €80,000 – €85,000
