My client, a Tier 1 Main Contractor is seeking a Senior Engineer in Kilkenny. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with the design team and project manager to ensure project success.
Role:
- Review design for buildability and maintain issue schedule throughout construction.
- Ensure project has necessary engineering resources and provide leadership to engineering staff.
- Collaborate with design team to ensure construction team has required information.
- Understand project program and challenge design for commercial benefits.
- Coordinate dimensional control and implement checking system for setting out assurance.
- Submit technical submissions within specified timeframes and develop Inspection.
- Monitor compliance with quality control, manage snagging process, and compile lessons learned for project closure.
Requirements:
- Relevant Engineering degree
- Minimum of 7 years in a similar role with a Main Contractor in Ireland or the UK
- Excellent communication skills
- Motivated individual that likes to work in a fast-moving environment
Salary Package:
- €75k to €85k
