Senior Engineer
A well-established Main Building Contractor is seeking a Senior Engineer to work on a residential apartments project in North Dublin.
Responsibilities:
- Verify the accuracy of calculations in plans, drawings, and quantities.
- Manage and interpret contract design documents from the client or architect.
- Collaborate with subcontractors, supervisors, planners & project workforce.
- Supervise and monitor ground works and civil engineering contractors.
- Resolve unforeseen technical difficulties and address other emerging problems.
- Oversee health, safety, quality management and BCAR coordination.
Requirements:
- 3rd level qualification in Engineering.
- 2+ years of experience as a Senior Engineer or Section Manager on building projects.
- Proficiency in use of Engineers Level, EDM/Total Station, AutoCAD, GPS.
