Senior Electrical Engineer
Senior Electrical Engineer required to join one of Europe’s leading Tier 1 Main Contractors on a Data Centre project in Finland. The successful candidate would be reporting into the Electrical Project Lead and will be provided excellent support and career progression opportunities.

Duties:
- Lead management of electrical systems, ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
- Coordinate with key stakeholders (design teams, contractors, suppliers, subcontractors) to deliver engineering solutions and resolve technical queries.
- Oversee design coordination, BIM deliverables, RFIs, submittals, and approvals to ensure timely and accurate construction documentation.
- Manage subcontractor activities, procurement, material deliveries, and day-to-day site operations in line with project schedule and budget.
- Drive project reporting, including progress updates, risk management, cost tracking, and closeout documentation (QA, safety files, O&M manuals, snag lists).
- Mentor and support junior engineers while promoting innovative practices, BIM integration, and continuous improvement in project delivery.
Requirements:
- Degree in Building Services Engineering / Electrical Engineering
- 5 Years+ experience as an Electrical Engineer
- Must have worked with an M&E Contractor in Ireland or the UK.
- Proven track record of having led teams on large projects with tight deadlines.
- Experience working on Data Centre projects would be advantageous.
- Proficient in MS Office.

- Salary package €115,000 to €125,000 DOE
