Senior Electrical Engineer
We’re seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead engineering activities across major construction projects in Milan. You will be based in Milan and this role will offer frequent return flights. You’ll coordinate technical design, onsite installation, and commissioning to ensure projects are delivered safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead all electrical engineering activities from design through to commissioning.
- Review and validate electrical designs, identifying gaps, deviations, and improvements.
- Conduct cable sizing checks and make technical recommendations.
- Prepare, issue, and track electrical technical submittals and approvals.
- Oversee procurement, delivery, and verification of electrical equipment.
- Coordinate with BIM, design, and construction teams to ensure constructability and compliance.
- Manage and document progress in line with construction schedules and system trackers.
- Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure quality and timely delivery.
- Support testing, commissioning, and client handover activities.
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering.
- 7+ years’ experience in electrical engineering, ideally within construction or data centre environments.
- Strong knowledge of LV & MV systems, ETCI / BS7671 and relevant EU regulations and standards.
- Proficient in Amtech, Dialux, AutoCAD, Adobe Pro and MS Office Suite.
- Proven record in managing technical design, client engagement, and vendor coordination.
- Strong commercial awareness and project delivery experience.
