Senior Electrical Engineer required to join an established, innovative, and progressive mechanical and electrical services consultancy located in Dublin. The successful Senior Electrical Engineer would be involved in some exciting projects in renewable and alternative energy design solutions for small and large-scale projects in a wide range of sectors.
Duties:
- The successful Senior Electrical Engineer with deal with overall project management.
- Preparation of technical specifications and tender documentation.
- Carrying out site inspections and reporting on the progress and quality of the works.
- Liaising with clients, design teams and contractors during the course of the projects.
- Project cost control.
- Detailed design of electrical building services.
- Preparation of technical specifications and tender documentation.
- Mentoring and managing junior engineers and drafting staff.
- Surveying existing installations and preparing technical reports for litigation.
Requirements:
- Level 8 Degree in Electrical/Building Services Engineering.
- Must have a minimum 7 years experience as an Electrical Engineer in a design consultancy in Ireland or the UK.
- Competent in AutoCad.
- Ability to manage and lead projects from inception to completion.
- Excellent level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- The successful candidate must be living in Ireland or eligible to work in Ireland.
