Senior Contracts Manager 

Senior Contracts Manager required for a Tier 1 Main Building Contractor to look after several projects in the Dublin region.  Our client has a very strong pipeline of work throughout the country in various sectors with a lot of large scale residential projects (high rise apartments) starting toward the end of this year.  Previously experience at Contracts Manager level in the UK or Ireland is essential for this role.

Duties:

• Full responsibility for the successful delivery of several building projects
• Ensure structures are put in place to monitor, review and control the budgeted or agreed expenditure.
• Implement the Company’s Cost & Value Management procedures and ensure that all necessary commercial reports are produced accurately and in a timely fashion to upper management.
• Work closely with the Directors and Site Managers to support and recommend strategies, to identify any potential risks or issues and to find an appropriate resolution.
• Issue monthly progress reports for Senior Management

Requirements:

• Must be degreequalified
• 10+ years’ experience working with Main Building Contractorsin Ireland or the UK
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects at one time
• Working in a multi-project contracts manager role currently

Package:

• Basic salary circa €125k -€140k (DOE)
• Excellent benefit package
