My client, a leading residential developer, is seeking a Senior Building Services Engineer to support the delivery of high-density residential projects across Greater Dublin. Reporting to the Building Services Contracts Manager, this role will oversee the coordination, quality and delivery of mechanical and electrical services on site.
Responsibilities
- Oversee M&E installations from coordination through to commissioning and handover
- Support site teams with M&E coordination and issue resolution
- Manage and monitor M&E subcontractors for quality and programme
- Coordinate with design teams and utility providers
- Ensure consistent implementation of M&E standards and procedures
- Contribute to value engineering and innovation in building services
Requirements
- Qualification in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services Engineering
- 4+ years’ post-qualification experience in a similar role
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple sites and meet deadlines
- Full driving licence and willingness to travel
Salary & Benefits
- €75,000 – €85,000 salary
