An industry-leading architectural design consultancy in Dublin city centre is seeking a highly qualified Senior Architectural Technologist with in excess of 7 years experience.
Due to increased project portfolio, they are expanding its team and are looking for experienced Architectural professionals with strong Revit skills, comprehensive knowledge of BC(A)R, and a proven track record of successfully delivering residential projects through to site in Ireland.
The successful candidate will join an established team working on a diverse range of medium and large-scale residential, mixed-use, and commercial developments across Ireland. Working closely with Associates and Directors, taking responsibility for preparing detailed drawing packages, overseeing projects to completion on-site, and liaising with all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings and documentation using Revit
- Manage residential, mixed-use, and commercial projects from post-planning through to site delivery
- Ensure full compliance with BC(A)R and other industry regulations
- Collaborate with Associates and Directors, taking ownership of project delivery
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
Qualifications & Skills:
- Diploma / Degree level qualification in Architectural Technology (essential)
- Ideally 7 years+ post-graduate experience in architectural design office
- Strong technical skills and in-depth knowledge of current industry regulations
- Demonstrated success in managing projects post-planning
- Previous experience with residential and/or mixed-use developments is desired
- Full proficiency in Revit
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Must hold full eligibility to work in Ireland
