Architectural Technologist / Senior Architectural Technologist
A leading architectural design studio in Dublin city is seeking to recruit an experienced Architectural Technologist & Senior Architectural Technologist to join their team.
As an experienced Architectural Technologist, you will join a team of architects and technologists, working on a variety of educational, industrial, and data centres projects in Ireland and internationally. These roles provides the opportunity to work within a highly respected studio offering excellent salary and benefits, along with career progression.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate on the design and delivery of diverse projects, including data centres, commercial, healthcare, and industrial developments
- Ensure all designs adhere to current Irish Building and Planning Regulations
Qualifications & Skills:
- A degree level qualification in Architectural Technology, with at least 4 years’ experience
- Previous project experience across industrial, data centres, OR educational developments, is highly beneficial
- Proficiency in Revit
- Thorough knowledge of current Irish Building and Planning Regulations
- Previous experience working on medium to large-scale projects
- Strong technical skills
- Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
- Must hold full eligibility to work in Ireland
Salary & Benefits:
- €60k-€75k DOE
