An industry-leading architectural studio in Dublin city centre is expanding and seeking a highly talented Senior Architectural Technologist with in excess of 8 years experience, to join the team.
Due to newly acquired projects, they are recruiting a highly technical Senior Architectural Technologist with proven success delivering projects across all stages – from concept to completion. Working closely with Associates and Directors, they would take responsibility for preparing detailed drawing packages, overseeing projects to completion on-site, and liaising with all stakeholders.
The Senior Architectural Technologist should possess strong Revit skills, comprehensive knowledge of BC(A)R, and preferably project experience across medium/largescale residential, mixed-use, retail or commercial developments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings and documentation using Revit
- Manage residential, mixed-use, and commercial projects through to site delivery
- Ensure full compliance with BC(A)R and other industry regulations
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
Qualifications & Skills:
- Diploma / Degree in Architectural Technology (essential)
- Ideally 8 years post-graduate experience in architectural design office
- Strong technical skills and in-depth knowledge of current industry regulations (essential)
- Demonstrate success in managing projects post-planning
- Previous experience with residential, commercial and/or mixed-use developments is highly desired
- Full proficiency in Revit
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Must hold full eligibility to work in Ireland
Salary & Benefits:
- €65k-€75k, depending on experience
