Senior Architectural Technologist – (Dublin or Belfast)
New opportunity with one of Ireland’s leading architectural design studios for a qualified Senior Architectural Technologist with 7 years+ experience, preferably gained across a variety of project typologies taking them from design to construction stages, in line with industry regulations.
The Senior Architectural Technologist will ideally be a detail‑driven professional who thrives in a collaborative environment, who is confident leading design coordination, technical development, and project delivery.
*Can be based in Dublin or Belfast office*
Duties & Responsibilities include:
- Develop project briefs and support early‑stage design with the Project Architect / Associate
- Lead detailed design, technical documentation and Revit‑based production
- Advise on building regulations, statutory approvals and environmental requirements
- Prepare feasibility studies, specifications etc.
- Support tender processes, contract administration and site inspections, if required
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal quality procedures
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Qualified Architectural Technologist with 7 years+ experience
- Preferably holding MCIAT or working towards (desired)
- Strong Revit skills and excellent technical design capability
- Solid understanding of construction technology and regulations
- Previous experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams working on medium and largescale projects
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
- Must hold eligibility to work in Ireland (essential)
Salary & Benefits:
- €60k-€70k doe
