A growing multidisciplinary design office in North Dublin have an immediate requirement for qualified and highly experienced Senior Architectural Technologist to join the team.
The ideal Senior Architectural Technologist will have 15 years+ industry experience, proven success delivering projects along with leading a team and mentoring junior team members. Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills are also important attributes to succeed in this role.
Thorough understanding of the requirements and obligations of BC(A)R is essential for this position.
The successful Architectural Technologist will join a dynamic team of Architects, Architectural Technologists, Engineers, Project Managers and Construction professionals and work on a range of project typologies across Ireland and internationally.

Desired experience:
- Educational qualification in Architectural Technology (essential)
- A minimum of 15 years industry experience within an architectural design office or multidisciplinary organisation
- Previous project across commercial, educational or residential developments
- Excellent knowledge of all current industry standards and regulations
- Strong communication, organisational, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Site inspections expertise
- A keen eye for detail
- Previous experience leading a team and managing the delivery of project is essential
- Good level of IT proficiency including AutoCAD and knowledge of BIM technologies is desired
- Hold full driving license and own transport
- MUST hold eligibility to work in Ireland
