A leading award winning architectural design studio based in Dublin city, is seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist to join its growing team. With a strong presence in the Irish architectural market, they are renowned for delivering medium and large-scale residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments across Ireland.
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly experienced, ambitious Architectural Technologist to step into a key delivery and leadership role, taking responsibility for detailed design, site coordination, and job running from post-planning through to completion.
This role is ideal for a Senior Architectural Technologist or experienced mid-level Architectural Technologist seeking progression, who thrives in a busy practice environment and wants to take ownership of high-quality projects from design through to site delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the technical delivery of residential and mixed-use projects
- Produce detailed Revit drawing packages and coordinate with design teams and consultants
- Act as job runner, managing projects through post-planning, tender, construction, and handover
- Attend regular site meetings and liaise directly with contractors and clients
- Ensure compliance with Irish Building Regulations, BC(A)R certification, and industry standards
- Collaborate closely with Directors and other stakeholders
Desired experience:
- Qualified Architectural Technologist with 10 years+ experience
- Strong proficiency in Revit (desired) and experience producing fully coordinated technical packages
- In-depth knowledge of Irish Building Regulations and BC(A)R procedures (essential)
- Proven experience in delivering residential projects in Ireland, particularly through site
- Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder coordination skills
- Comfortable leading projects independently and taking initiative
- Eligibility to work in Ireland is essential
