The qualified Senior level Architectural Technologist will lead a team and liaise with clients, stakeholders and contractors and work on a range of educational, residential, healthcare and commercial projects across their network of offices in Ireland.

Requirements
- Qualified Architectural Technologist with 10 years+ post graduate experience
- Previous project experience should include a range of residential, commercial, educational or healthcare developments
- Must be familiar with current Irish Building and Planning Regulations
- Revit skills are essential
- Lead and mentor small team
- Site experience
- Experience delivering medium and largescale complex projects
- Possess strong technical skills and full understanding of technical guidance documents
- Ability to work within a fast-paced team environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Well organised and successful in time and resource management
- Self-motivated and ambitious
- Strong attention to detail and visual skills
- Excellent client liaison skills
