Registered Architect / Senior Architect
A multidisciplinary consultancy in South Kildare have a new opportunity for a Senior level Architect (RIAI / RIBA registered) to join the growing team. They have a diverse range of projects across residential (one-off and multi-unit), commercial, healthcare and community based initiatives.
As part of succession planning, the Registered Architect would join the practice at a Senior level and along with the practice leader, assist with the progression and development of the office and team.

The ideal Architect will be:
- An RIAI / RIBA Registered Architect
- Ideally have a minimum of 8 years post professional qualification
- Proven success delivering medium and large scale projects from conception to completion – previous experience working on high-end office building projects would be an advantage.
- Possess excellent CAD skills and a good working knowledge of BIM, Revit
- Be fully familiar with Irish Building Regulations and planning policy
- Ambitious and confident, with good client relation building skills
- Take a design focused approach to projects
- Strong communication, interpersonal and organisation skills
- MUST hold eligibility to work in Ireland
