Senior Architect – (Educational projects)

A design-led architectural design studio in Dublin city, are seeking to recruit an experienced RIAI / RIBA Architect with previous success managing public work contracts (PWC) / NEC3 contracts.

They fully support hybrid working and offer a generous benefits package.  

The successful Architect will join a newly structured Dublin office working on a range of medium-largescale projects using Revit. Proficiency in Revit is desired, but not essential as training can be provided.

The ideal RIAI / RIBA Architect will have proven success leading projects across educational and / or healthcare, possess excellent design and technical skills along with strong communication an organisational skills.

This studio have an impressive project portfolio across residential, educational, healthcare, leisure, urban design and civic.

 

Desired experience:

  • RIAI Registered Architect
  • A minimum of 5 years+ post professional experience
  • Proficiency in Revit is desired
  • Full knowledge of current industry regulations
  • Strong technical skills
  • Good understanding of Public Work Contracts / NEC3 (UK) experience
  • Site experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A team player with excellent communication skills
  • Must hold eligibility to work in Ireland
