A design-led architectural studio in Dublin city, is seeking to recruit an experienced Senior Architect or Project Architect to take the lead and manage projects through to completion, in line with current regulations.
*Conveniently located close to various Bus routes, DART and LUAS line*
The successful Architect will join their Dublin office working on a range of medium-largescale residential projects using Revit. Proven success leading projects from planning to construction stage is essential.
In addition to residential projects, their current portfolio includes leisure, civic, educational and healthcare developments in the public and private sector.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- RIAI / RIBA Registered Architect
- Preferably 8 years+ experience, ideally gained across various project typologies
- Full proficiency in Revit
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of current industry regulations
- Strong design and technical skills
- Lead and mentor a small team
- Knowledge of public works contracts is highly beneficial
- Site experience, conducting site inspections etc
- Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills
- Must hold eligibility to work in Ireland
