An award-winning architectural practice in Dublin city have a new opportunity for a professionally registered Architect to take the lead on a variety of projects across commercial and leisure developments.
The ideal Architect will hold professional membership, preferably 3 years’ post registration experience, be a team player, along with proven success delivering medium and largescale projects in line current industry regulations.
They currently have a wide ranging project portfolio and cover most project typologies across residential, commercial, educational, healthcare, retail, hospitality, and leisure developments.
The Registered Architect should possess strong presentation and technical skills along with a thorough knowledge and experience working in the Irish market in adherence with current industry regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are important attributes too.
Minimum requirements include:
- RIAI or RIBA Registered Architect
- A minimum of 3 years’ post professional qualification
- Previous project experience should include a variety of commercial or leisure projects
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding
- Proficiency in Revit is essential
- Previous experience working with current Irish building codes is essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Energetic, self-starter and highly motivated
- Must hold full permission to work in Ireland
