A design led award-winning architectural studio in Dublin city have a new opportunity for a Senior level Architect with excellent project delivery skills to join the team.
The successful RIAI / RIBA Registered Architect will have a proven track record in designing and delivering projects in line with current industry standards. They will possess strong design, presentation, technical and communication skills and have previous success working on high profile developments.
Based in the Dublin studio, the Architect will join a project team and work through all aspects of the design phase, documentation, drawings through to completion. Previous experience delivering projects on site is essential.
The ideal architectural professional will be a Registered RIAI / RIBA Architect with proven success delivering projects in the Irish market, along with previous success designing award winning projects.
Skills & Experience required
- RIAI Registered Architect with a 3-5 years’ post professional experience
- Previous success delivering high profile developments through delivery stages ensuring compliance with all regulations
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- Strong design skills and technical understanding
- Site experience is essential
- A detailed working knowledge of Irish Planning, Building Regulation and Building Control Legislation
- A passion for excellence, and a desire to embrace new and innovative thinking
- High level of proficiency using Revit, along with AutoCAD and Adobe suite
