A design-led architectural design studio in Dublin city, are seeking to recruit an experienced RIAI / RIBA Architect to take the lead and manage projects through to completion, in line with current regulations.
The successful Architect will join their Dublin office working on a range of medium-largescale projects using Revit.
The ideal RIAI / RIBA Architect will have proven success leading projects across residential, leisure, civic, educational or healthcare, possess excellent design and technical skills along with strong communication an organisational skills.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- RIAI / RIBA Registered Architect
- Preferably 8 years+ experience, ideally gained across various project typologies
- Full proficiency in Revit
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of current industry regulations
- Strong design and technical skills
- Proven success delivering projects on site
- Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience acting as an Assigned Certifier is highly beneficial
- Must hold eligibility to work in Ireland
