They are seeking a Senior Architect (RIAI/RIBA) with 10–15 years’ experience to lead projects from concept to completion, manage a small team, and bring both technical expertise and creative vision to a growing project portfolio.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead architectural projects from early concept through to delivery
- Manage project teams and ensure design, technical, and compliance excellence
- Work directly with clients, contractors, and stakeholders throughout all stages
- Oversee BIM workflows (Revit) and guide team best practices
- Ensure full compliance with building regulations, planning, and industry standards
- Manage and lead a small team
What We’re Looking For:
- RIAI / RIBA-registered Architect with 10–15 years’ experience
- Proven leadership on residential, commercial, or retail projects
- Skilled in BIM software (Revit and/or ArchiCAD)
- Excellent communication and client liaison skills
- Strong eye for design and technical detail
- Ability to mentor and guide junior architects
- Knowledge of sustainable design practices a plus
- Full eligibility to work in Ireland is essential
