Our Client, a leading Tier 1 construction company is seeking a reward manager who report to the Head of Reward. This role is responsible for proposing and implementing design changes to the reward philosophy. The goal is to enhance the existing operational framework and continually incorporate best practices.
The successful candidate will collaborate with the broader HR team and the Construction Board to comprehend business needs and establish relationships with key individuals across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver a reward philosophy and strategy for the business in collaboration with the HR team and the Board.
- Understand the business and determine how the Reward Manager, as part of the HR team, can contribute to its ongoing success.
- Recommendations for benchmarking, particularly within the construction industry and across all elements of the reward package.
- Oversee the company’s participation in external benchmarking surveys, providing recommendations to the Board with a focus on balancing best practices and cost efficiency.
Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent in HR or a related field, with a Master’s qualification (desirable).
- Proven track record in designing and implementing reward models, with knowledge of current best practices.
- Strong project management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop relationships across the organization at all employee levels.
- Proven track record in designing and delivering various aspects of the total reward package.
Package:
- €70k – €80k DOE
