Resident Engineer (Civil Engineering)
Resident Engineer with 5+ years’ experience required to join a leading Irish engineering consultancy, providing multi-disciplinary services to a wide range of clients in Ireland and abroad. This consultancy has an excellent portfolio of projects. Multiple Resident Engineering roles are available, including airports, roads, marine and water/wastewater. Locations: Limerick or Galway
Sample Projects:
- Widening of Roads and Runways
- Introduction of Bus Corridors & Cycle Lanes
- Upgrading of National Roads and Motorways
- Water / Wastewater treatment plants and networks
- Marine Infrastructure Upgrades
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Strong technical knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices
- Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in civil engineering, with a proven track record in a Resident Engineer role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships with clients, contractors, and team members.
- Experience in the management of site-based engineering teams
- Knowledge of Irish Building Regulations and Health & Safety Regulations
Salary:
- Excellent salary circa €60k – €75k+ (depending on experience)
