A busy architectural practice in South Dublin have an immediate requirement for an experienced RIAI / RIBA Registered Architect to join the team and work on a range of healthcare and educational project in Dublin.
The ideal Architect will have circa 5 years’ post graduate experience, be fully conversant with current industry regulations, have good proficiency in Revit and proven success working on projects from inception to completion.
This is a busy practice based outside the city in easy commute on the DART or bus route with a range of projects across education, healthcare, commercial, residential and conservation developments.
This multi awarding winning practice are synonymous for delivering high-end design across all their work.
Requirements:
- RIAI / RIBA Registered Architect
- 5 years post-graduate experience working within an architectural design office or multidisciplinary organisation
- Previous success managing projects in line with current regulations is essential
- Preferable project experience includes healthcare, educational or commercial projects is desired, but not essential
- Proven success taking projects from inception to completion
- Good design and technical understanding
- Full knowledge of current building and planning regulations is important
- Recent site experience
- Excellent communication, organisational and presentation skills.
Salary:
- €55k-€60k depending on experience
