Regional Planning Manager – 17565
Regional Planning Manager required to join one of Europe’s leading Engineering Contractors to be based out of Dublin and to support a number of Data Centre projects in Ireland and Mainland Europe.

Responsibilities:
- Develop bid programs to enhance submissions and create detailed construction schedules for projects.
- Collaborate with Project Directors and site teams to devise effective Project Planning Strategies and Schedules.
- Present progress updates to senior management and engage in business development with new clients.
- Work with stakeholders to review project progress, support risk identification, and resolve issues proactively.
- Establish and update project schedules as requested and manage resource needs across projects.
- Communicate tools for achieving project goals and provide performance reports for corrective actions.
- Act as planning representative in client and subcontractor meetings.
- Mentor the planning team across projects.
Requirements:
- Degree in Construction Management or Engineering.
- 7+ years’ experience in a similar role.
- Experienced working on large-scale projects (Data Centre experience would be highly beneficial).
- Experienced in programming software such as Primavera P6, Asta Powerproject and BIM.
- Team player and able to build and maintain relationships both internal and external clients.
- Flexible to travel regularly within Ireland (Dublin) and Mainland Europe.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
