Excellent opportunity for a Receptionist with 1+ years’ experience to join an award-winning Irish owned Civil engineering consultancy in Co. Roscommon. Projects include student accommodation, commercial, retail, mixed use and residential developments.
Role:
- The successful receptionist will have an exceptional work life balance.
- As receptionist you will be responsible for opening and closing Reception, general admin duties, answering phones, managing incoming emails and daily post.
- You will provide support to the accounts department as needed and deal with petty cash.
- Daily stock check and purchasing of office supplies.
- Arranging couriers.
Key Requirements:
- 1+ year experience in a similar role
- The successful receptionist will have excellent telephone manner and customer service skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent PC skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to work in a busy environment.
