A well-established Precast Concrete Sub-Contractor in North Dublin is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team.
Role:
- Analyze and administer Sub-contract Agreements with Main Contractors, manage supply chain contracts, and advise on contractual matters.
- Develop budgets, measure, procure, and prepare Sub-contract Agreements, while ensuring timely and detailed commercial reporting.
- Understand various construction contracts, general contractual provisions, and ensure compliance with the Construction Contract Act 2013.
- Maintain comprehensive records, prepare and present budgets, and ensure timely delivery of internal and external reports.
- Read and analyze 3D models, drawings, and specifications, and compare costs to budgets efficiently.
- Participate with a positive attitude and contribute to team success and project outcomes.
Requirements:
- 3rd level degree Quantity Surveying or an accredited course by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.
- 5+ years’ industry experience working in a similar role.
