Join one of Ireland’s leading engineering contractors in Galway. We’re seeking a Mechanical Quantity Surveyor with experience in sectors like pharmaceutical, data centres, healthcare, food processing, education, and public sector.
Duties:
- Review and process payments.
- Re-measure sub-contract works for valuations.
- Produce quantities/schedules for M&E sub-contract procurement.
- Prepare and issue M&E sub-contract documentation.
- Create project interim valuations.
- Develop monthly financial reports.
Requirements:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years as a Mechanical Quantity Surveyor.
- Strong experience with subcontractors and clients on valuations, final accounts, and cost reporting.
- Leadership skills: motivating and mentoring Quantity Surveyors.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Quantity Surveying software.
- Track record on large-scale commercial/industrial projects.
- Positive attitude and team leadership skills.
Benefits:
- Salary: €80K–€90K (DOE).
