Quantity Surveyor – Hybrid
A well-established Main Contractor in Dublin is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team.
Role:
- Manage the creation of detailed Cost Plans for complex projects, using various techniques and software, and oversee data compilation for analysis.
- Develop long-term cash forecasts for projects, analyse results, and minimize cash outflow while maximizing inflow.
- Identify unfavourable terms in contracts and negotiate with clients and employers.
Requirements:
- 3rd level degree Quantity Surveying.
- 5+ years’ industry experience, having worked on commercial / residential projects.
- 4+ Years experience in the Irish Construction Industry.
