Quantity Surveyor
Quantity Surveyor (MEP or CSA Bias) required to join one of Ireland’s largest main contractors on a Data Centre project a Data Centre project in Helsinki, Finland. The successful candidate would be reporting into the Commercial Manager. Responsibilities:
- Support senior project teams with procurement, including preparing quantified work packages, ITTs, budgets, and analysing tender returns.
- Prepare, negotiate, and agree subcontract documents, variations, omissions, and final accounts.
- Commercially manage multiple subcontract packages from order to final account, covering payments, claims, and cost control.
- Maintain continuous cost, value, and cash-flow reporting, ensuring contractually compliant commercial documentation.
- Engage proactively with clients, subcontractors, designers, and internal teams to resolve issues and protect commercial entitlement.
- Mentor, supervise, and develop junior commercial team members
Requirements
- A relevant third level degree qualification in Quantity Surveying.
- 4+ years’ experience in a similar role.
- Experience working on a Data Centre project would be beneficial.
- A proven working knowledge of current contract law.
- A proven track record in customer relationship development.
- IT Skills – Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Pro.

- Salary €70,000 to €90,000 DOE
