Quantity Surveyor (Developer):
Intermediate to Senior Quantity Surveyor with 6+ years’ experience required to join long-established and highly reputable developer in the Cork area with many developments on site and in planning. This is the ideal role for the Intermediate QS with 6+ years’ experience, ideally with Residential and RC Frame experience, in Ireland or the UK.
Requirements:
- Degree qualified with at least 6+ years’ experience in Quantity Surveying with a main building contractor in Ireland or the UK.
- Residential and RC Frame experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Must be commercially and contractually aware.
- Ambitious and committed to delivering an excellent standard of work.
- Must be eligible to work in Ireland.
Role:
- Timely procurement of all subcontractors and specialist suppliers.
- Main contract administration (public works contract).
- Subcontract fiscal management and administration.
- Change order management.
Salary:
- Starting Salary: €80k– €90k
- Travel allowance
