Quantity Surveyor required to join one of Ireland’s largest main contractors in Dublin to work on a Data Centre project. Our client is interested in reviewing profiles for Quantity Surveyors with MEP and/or CSA bias with experience overseeing project costs and securing sub-contractor packages.

Responsibilities:
- Subcontract & Commercial Management: Procure and manage subcontract packages from tender to final account, including payments, variations, and claims.
- Cost & Financial Oversight: Monitor project costs, prepare budgets, valuations, and ensure timely submission of commercial documentation.
- Tendering & Documentation: Generate work packages, issue ITTs, analyse tender returns, and prepare subcontract agreements.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with clients, subcontractors, designers, and internal teams to resolve conflicts and drive commercial outcomes.
- Team Leadership & Reporting: Lead junior commercial staff, and provide regular cost/value, variation, and cash flow reports.
Requirements
- Degree in Quantity Surveying.
- 4+ years’ experience in Quantity Surveying or Estimation.
- Experience working on a Data Centre project would be beneficial.
- Excellent budgeting and financial forecasting skills.
- A proven working knowledge of current contract law.
- IT Skills – Microsoft Office and either Buildsoft or Cost X
