Quantity Surveyor required to join one of Ireland’s largest main contractors on a Data Centre project in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. The successful candidate will report to the Commercial Manager for the region and will work closely with the Project Director.

Responsibilities:
- Measure work packages from drawings and apply rates for pricing.
- Manage project budget under Project Director’s guidance.
- Handle client communications effectively.
- Compile monthly reports as per procedure.
- Attend monthly commercial and subcontractor meetings.
- Resolve client and subcontractor disputes.
- Submit claims and notices promptly as per contract.
- Document work scope cost changes, prepare monthly valuations, and final accounts.
Requirements:
- Degree in Quantity surveying or similar.
- 5+ years’ experience in a similar role.
- Experience working on Data Centre projects would be beneficial.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
- IT Skills – Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
