A well-established leading developer in the Dublin area is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team. The successful Quantity Surveyor will be working on a residential project in Dublin.
Role:
- Oversee the development of comprehensive Cost Plans for intricate projects, employing diverse methodologies and software, and supervise the compilation of data for analysis.
- Formulate extended-term cash forecasts for projects, evaluate outcomes, and optimize cash inflow while mitigating outflow.
- Recognize disadvantageous clauses in contracts and engage in negotiations with clients and employers to improve terms.
Requirements:
- 3rd level degree in Quantity Surveying.
- 5+ years’ industry experience, having worked on commercial / residential projects.
