Quantity Surveyor with 5 years + experience required for leading structural steel contractor based in Ireland and with Projects in both mainland Europe and Ireland. Projects include data centres and large commercial projects with a strong pipeline of work for the coming years. The successful candidate will be joining a growing company with the chance of getting exposure to international projects.
Requirements:
- Ambitious and committed to deliver an excellent standard of work.
- Degree qualified with at least 4 years experience in Quantity Surveying.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Must be commercially and contractually aware.
- Must be eligible to work in Ireland.
Role:
- Change order management.
- Main contract administration (public works contract)
- Subcontract fiscal management and administration.
- Timely Procurement of all subcontractors and specialist suppliers
Salary:
- Starting Salary: €55k- €70k
- Excellent career development
