Quantity Surveyor with 10 years + experience required for a leading main contractor based in Dublin. This is the ideal role for an experienced quantity surveyor working with a main contractor in the UK or Ireland. The successful QS will be joining a well-established team with a great pipeline of work over the coming years.
Requirements:
- Ambitious and committed to deliver an excellent standard of work.
- Degree qualified with at least 8 years experience in Quantity Surveying.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Must be commercially and contractually aware.
- Must be eligible to work in Ireland.
Role:
- Change order management.
- Main contract administration (public works contract)
- Subcontract fiscal management and administration.
- Timely Procurement of all subcontractors and specialist suppliers
Salary:
- Starting Salary: €75k- 85k
