Duties and responsibilities include:
- Deliver cost advice across all project stages
- Liaise with clients, design teams & contractors
- Prepare cost plans, valuations, BoQs & reports
- Support or lead client meetings and negotiations
- Mentor junior team members (Senior role)
- Work in a hybrid environment, based in South Dublin
Desired skills & experience:
3+ years’ Quantity Surveying experience within a consultancy or developer environment
Experience in one or more key sectors
Excellent reporting, communication, and analytical skills
Qualification in Quantity Surveying or similar
Chartered or APC (supported)
Cost software proficiency e.g. CostX, Cubit
Hold eligibility to work in Ireland
