My client, a long-established building contractor, is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team in Dublin. This role offers exposure to a diverse range of projects with strong long-term career prospects.
Responsibilities:
- Manage budgets, valuations, and cost reports.
- Assess and value variations and subcontractor accounts.
- Support project teams in financial forecasting and procurement.
- Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Ensure projects are delivered on budget and within contract terms.
Requirements:
- Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience with a main contractor.
- Strong commercial and analytical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and cost management systems.
Salary: €60k- €65k + pension + benefits.
